My nonstalgia object is bananas in pajamas. This is one of my most fondest memories. I received this object when I was just a little girl and have loved it ever since. My mom had put it up for a little while, but just last week, she brought it back out. Her bringing it back to my attention, instantly gave me many memories of when I was a child. I really love bananas in pajamas!

Leonard koscianski is definitely a postmodern artist because he uses many postmodern visual strategies. Some of these streategies are appropriation and hybridity. He has made many postmodern arts using many visual strategies. His artwork senda a message of how the world is, and that is why I enjoy him as a artist in general.

This artwork is very unique and interesting to me. There are definitely many princples and elements in this artwork. Two elements that is see are form and shape. The shapes are squares and triangles, and it is 3-dimensional. Two principles that I see are variety and unity. There is a variety of different styles and colors, and there is unity with the way the shapes come together to form one image. This artwork is very simple, nice, and interesting.

I chose this artwork because it caught my eye automatically. The duck on the motorcyle amused me a little. This is a stereotype artwork. Because stereotyping has to do with judging based of your opinion of one thing, the artist who made thi artwork probably thought of motorcycle drivers as little chickens who think that they are tough. In conclusion, this artwork is definitely a stereotype work, and it immediately caught my attention.

I think that the artwork shows that someone has a problem with this man. They show their feelings by drawing what they really think or feel that the man look like in their eyes. Two postmodern visual strategies are Layering and hybridity.

The first quarter in art was a very interesting one. Me being a freshmen, I was really getting the hang of things. Since My elementary school didn't really focus on art, this was really a new experience for me. I instantly got the hang of things because my peers and teacher was very helpful. The artwork that we did were very fun, and I enjoyed myself the whole time. I got a B by then end of the first quarter which is not bad at all. I believe that what kept me from gettig an A was my effort.
