This artwork was created by Banksy. In this work of art, there is a made cleaning up the community. I believe that the message of this is that out community needs someone to take action and clean up the mess that is constantly being created. Therefore, Banksy obviously created this artwork to get a message across to many. I chose this artwork because I completely agree with Banksy and how he see things.
